Serge Sicular, MD
PRESIDENT AND MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Sicular is President and Medical Director at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Dr. Sicular currently serves as Director of Emergency Imaging at Mount Sinai Health System, overseeing the Emergency Imaging sections at Mount Sinai, Mount Sinai Queens, Beth Israel, Kings Highway, St. Luke’s and Mount Sinai West in New York City. He is a graduate of Sackler Medical School in Tel Aviv with honors. He completed his internship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and completed his residency in radiology at Mount Sinai, where he also served as Chief Resident and President of the Mount Sinai House Staff.
Vice President, Services Strategy
Allan is Vice President of Services Strategy at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Before joining AIS, Allan worked for many teleradiology industry leaders including Stentor (acquired by Philips), Vital Images, Radisphere, vRad, and most recently Medicalis (Siemens). His career has focused on how to develop and leverage the right technology with the right business and customer model to achieve the optimal healthcare imaging service. Allan began his career as a PACS administrator for the Mayo Clinic. He graduated with a degree in computer engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Howard Kessler, MD
Dr. Kessler is Medical Director at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Prior to joining AIS, Dr. Kessler was a Radiologist and prior Chairman of Radiology at CarePoint Health System. He is a former Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Fox Chase Medical Center. He has extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement having served as Medical Director for Radiology at a regional insurance company. He has also served as a business consultant to various radiology practices and been involved as a shareholder or managing partner in numerous companies and practices including Radiology Reimbursement Solutions (1999-2010) and New Jersey Imaging Associates (2008- 2014). He attended medical school at The Ohio State University, interned at Riverside Methodist Hospital, completed his residency at University of Pennsylvania Department of Radiology where he was Chief Resident, and completed a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Radiology at University Hospital, Lund, Sweden.
Vice President, Operations
David is Vice President of Operations at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Prior to joining AIS, David spent nearly two years at Time Warner Inc. as a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate. Before that David worked at Allen & Company as an investment banking analyst. He graduated from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Vice President, Business Development
Jordan is Vice President of Business Development at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Over the past 20 years, Jordan has worked with many healthcare IT and teleradiology industry leaders including Medicalis (Siemens), vRad, Radisphere, and Stentor PACS (Philips) in various capacities. Jordan received his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Vice President, Business Development
John is Vice President of Business Development at Aligned Imaging Solutions. John’s healthcare experience includes 15 years in Healthcare Informatics at Philips, in addition to serving as Executive Director at Atrium Health (Carolinas Healthcare System). During his time at Atrium, John had responsibility for Radiology Services across multiple hospitals throughout Charlotte, NC. John earned his MBA at Queens University and later joined the start-up Stentor, which was acquired by Philips in 2005.
Vice President, Business Development
Dave is the Vice President of Business Development at Aligned Imaging Solutions. For the past 29 years, Dave has served in leadership roles at a variety of companies within the healthcare industry, including MedAssets, GE Healthcare, Abrio Healthcare Solutions, vRad, and HermanMiller. Dave received his Bachelor’s degree at Penn State University and MBA from DePaul University.
Director, Services Solutions
April is Director of Services Solutions at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Prior to joining AIS, April spent 17 years working for a large radiology practice in Spokane, Washington. Her career has provided a diverse background in all aspects of a radiology practice. Over the last 10 years, her focus has been on optimization and innovation within radiology workflows to gain operational efficiencies. April received her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University.
Director, Practice Administration
Callae is Director of Practice Administration at Aligned Imaging Solutions. Prior to joining AIS, Callae worked for innovative healthcare services industry leaders including Landmark Health and DaVita. Previously Callae was also a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on strategy and operations for healthcare and life science companies. Throughout her career, Callae has specialized in building and optimizing healthcare operations by leveraging technology solutions to enable better access to higher-quality care at a lower price. Callae received her Master of Science from the Harvard School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College.

Hollis Potter, MD
Chair, Clinical Advisory Board
Dr. Potter is Chair of the Aligned Imaging Solutions Clinical Advisory Board. Dr. Potter is Chairman of the Department of Radiology and Imaging at HSS and Coleman Chair in MRI Research and Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC). She completed medical school at the New York Medical College and went on to complete her residency at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Potter received fellowship training at HSS and New York Hospital/Cornell University Medical College in Musculoskeletal Radiology. She is an expert in musculoskeletal MR Imaging and her MRI laboratory is actively funded by the NIH NIAMS for translational MRI research.
David Levin, MD
Dr. Levin is a clinical advisor to Aligned Imaging Solutions and a Radiologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. His interests include thoracic and functional lung imaging. Dr. Levin completed his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego Medical School (UCSD). He completed an internship in internal medicine at UCSD, as well as a Ph.D. in Physiology and Pharmacology. Dr. Levin went on to complete a radiology residency and a clinical fellowship in thoracic imaging at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
Arnold Raizon, MD
Dr. Raizon is a clinical advisor to Aligned Imaging Solutions. He works as a radiologist with MedStar Health and specializes in teleradiology. He completed his medical education at the University of Cape Town Medical School, his residency at the George Washington University Hospital, and a fellowship in body imaging at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
Michael Gardner, MD
Dr. Gardner is a clinical advisor to Aligned Imaging Solutions, providing insight into the needs of referring physicians. Dr. Gardner specializes in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center, where he also serves as the Chief of Orthopedic Trauma Service and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations. He completed his medical school education at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University School of Medicine, and his residency training at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). During that time, he also completed a one year research fellowship in the HSS Biomechanics Laboratory. Following his residency, Dr. Gardner completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship at the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
Mark Spektor, DO, MBA, FACEP
Dr. Spektor is a clinical advisor to Aligned Imaging Solutions, providing insight into the needs of referring physicians. Dr. Spektor is currently the Chief Medical Officer at Clover Health. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years, serving as a frontline ER physician and Medical Director for emergency departments across the country. In addition, Dr. Spektor has held various teaching positions and served as the Associate Residency Director in the Department of Emergency Medicine at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at SUNY-Downstate in Brooklyn.
